Devlog - April 2026 - Character Personalization
Welcome to the April 2026 devlog!
We’ve been busy working on the backend side of things, which is why we haven’t had much to show recently. Today, we want to focus on character customization. It’s something we aim to support from the very beginning, starting with character creation and extending into equipment and cosmetics over time.
Character Creation
The character creator already supports several customization options: body type, hairstyle, and hair color, allowing for a good variety of combinations.
This is still evolving as one of the next steps is to let players update their appearance after character creation, directly in-game.
In-Game
Weapons are currently visible both while the character is idle and during attacks. Different weapons (like swords) are fully shown to other players, which helps reinforce progression and player identity.

Costumes
We’re planning to introduce a costume system that allows players to change their appearance independently from their equipment. This opens the door to greater visual variety without impacting character stats. The system itself is already functional, but we still need to add a lot more costumes.
